Buseca Resort is a semi-permanent hospitality development on Dubai Islands, using prefabricated, relocatable pods. Units can be deployed, clustered and later moved without a heavy permanent footprint, while still reading as a complete resort. The architecture is designed for a short programme and a long-term product.
