A regional mall in Dubai Hills composed as a clear sequence of galleries, courts and shopfronts. Circulation, daylight and tenancy mix were planned together so the centre reads as architecture rather than a shed of units. IAD’s work focused on a calm, durable interior language for a high-traffic destination.
