Pixel Plaza is a prefabricated, volumetrically modular mixed-use development on the outskirts of Riyadh. Stacked units combine retail, F&B and residential uses into a colourful, walkable grain that can be assembled with speed and consistency. The architecture is designed to feel civic at street level while remaining efficient to manufacture and to occupy.
