Prefabricated volumetric modular pods designed and manufactured in Riyadh. The units are planned as repeatable workspace and hospitality modules that can be clustered, stacked or relocated without losing quality. IAD coordinated the architecture with fabrication so the product is as clear on the factory floor as it is on site.
