This retail scheme wraps the heritage-rich Sheikh Zayed Museum in Abu Dhabi, setting culture and commerce in one continuous landscape. Pavilions and galleries sit lightly against the museum so visitors move between exhibits, shops and the waterfront without a hard break. The architecture is contemporary, but the plan is careful with the existing monument.
